House Rules: - Checkout time is firm and may result in additional charges of $1 /min past the approved time - This is necessary for respect to cleaners time amd preparing for the next guests. - No Parties and unregistered guests may result in a $150 each guest. - Respect the neighbors and community - No Boats, RVs or Trailers Parked at onsite or in the street or may result in a ticket/fee of $100. - No Smoking inside or in the front of the house. This may result in a cleaning fee of $1000 to ensure future guests have a pleasant place to stay. - Linens and Towels are Premium Hotel Quality and are not cheap.... accidents happen however please notify host in these cases. Otherwise, missing or permanently stained items may be charged to guest.
